Career Acceleration Program in collaboration with Accel

At Manipal Law School, creating meaningful, practice-oriented learning experiences remains a core priority. From 30 March to 1 April, we hosted the LLM Placement Lab, Career Acceleration Program in collaboration with Accel, an initiative designed to equip our students with practical, industry-relevant skills. Over the course of three days, students engaged in:

Building law firm–ready CVs and tailored cover letters
Strengthening commercial legal reasoning and communication
Applying structured frameworks such as SILVER, PREP, and RISK
Participating in group discussions and mock interviews
Gaining real insights into law firm expectations and hiring trends

The program created a dynamic space for students to actively engage, refine their approach, and build confidence in a professional setting.
