Gaurav Dahiya
Assistant Professor (Law)
Gaurav is an Assistant Professor of Law. His expertise is in intellectual property law, constitutional law, legal semiotics and legal theory. His research focusses on standard essential patents, law and language, copyright law, equality and non-discrimination, judicial appointments and comparative law. Prior to working with MLS, he gained more than 7 years of experience as in-house legal counsel at corporations like Samsung R&D India and Siemens Healthineers, where his work responsibilities included engaging with and guiding innovators and management. Outside of law, he enjoys reading classical literature, listening to rock music, and running long-distance marathons.
