• Expressions can be free hand pictorial.
• Participants are NOT allowed to carry mobile phones, digital notebooks or other electronic gadgets into the hall 
• Chart paper will be provided. 
• Participants have to get their own paint sets, container for water and other required materials.
• Only water colour is allowed.
• NO oil paints are allowed.
• Participants are NOT allowed to explain their theme to the judges.
