Twenty two contingents from various institutions were participated in the parade. Best three contingents were awarded. Manipal College of Nursing Manipal secured the first place as the best contingent award. The awards were given by Dr. H S Ballal, Pro Chancellor, Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Manipal.
