Report of Session on Mission Chandrayan -3

Student Nurses’ Association, Manipal College of Nursing, MAHE, Manipal conducted a session as part of UGC activity, on Chandrayan -3 on 5th September 2023. The speaker for this session was Dr. Ashwatha Narayan Prabhu, Associate Professor, Department of Physics, Manipal Institute of Technology, MAHE, Manipal. Dr. Savitha Prabhu, SNA advisor introduced the speaker. He spoke on the importance of Chandrayan, why it is in the news. the structure of the lander and rover, the results found from these that is the presence of water which can be divided into hydrogen and oxygen which can used as rocket fuels in the future and conveyed important information about the whole project which is already done and yet be occurred. A total of 450 participants attended the session which included both students and faculty members.
