Department of Community Medicine, Kasturba Medical College (KMC), Mangaluru organized the 51st Annual National Conference of Indian Association of Preventive and Social Medicine (IAPSMCON  2024) from February 08 to 10, 2024 on the Premises of Dr TMA Pai International Convention Centre, Mangaluru.

Dr Navya Vyas (Faculty, MPH Programme, Department of Health Policy [DoHP], Prasanna School of Public Health [PSPH], Manipal Academy of Higher Education [MAHE], Manipal) was Awarded the Best Poster Presentation (Session Winner) at the event.

She received the Award for her Study Titled “Development of Health Security Index for the Assessment of Health System Capacity to Combat Infectious Disease Outbreaks in India”.
