Prasanna School of Public Health (PSPH), Manipal organised Promotion of Life skills Sessions from August to November 2025 (August 28, 2025; September 4, 2025; October 30, 2025; November 20, 2025, in LH 1, LH 64; PSPH). The sessions were regarding Self-awareness, Empathy; Effective Communication; Critical Thinking and Problem Solving; Stress Management and Self Care.

The sessions were Facilitated by Ms Dezma Savina Fernandez, PhD research scholar, PSPH. These sessions were conducted for the first year MPH programme students of PSPH.
