MHA Programme, Department of Social and Health Innovation, PSPH, organized an Interactive Session on "Operational Excellence in Healthcare”. Mr Gautham C B, Chief Operating Officer [COO], HCG Cancer Center, Ahmedabad was the resource person for this event.

The Rsource person adresssed healthcare, hospital, operations in hospitals, healthcare sector. He spoke regarding his work experiences in healthcare sector, other sectors, regarding functioning of a hospital, how various departments function in a hospital, how doctors, nurses look after the patients in a hospital etc.
