As part of our Volunteer Services Organization (VSO) initiative, students from MCODS Mangalore spent a heartwarming day at Animal Care Trust, engaging with rescued animals and learning about ethical care and rehabilitation.
“It was a humbling experience to witness the dedication of the team and the resilience of the animals. We left inspired and more aware of our responsibility towards voiceless lives.” 12 VSO Volunteers decided to donate small things like old bedsheets and newspapers to the center and gathered some money to get food for these rehabilitated animals.
From feeding sessions to grooming and playtime, our students actively participated in various care activities, fostering empathy and community spirit.
A big thank you to Animal Care Trust for welcoming us and for the incredible work you do every day!
