Dental Education Unit under Institutional Academic Reputation Cell, MCODS, Mangalore organised a Faculty Development Program titled “ Institutional Committee for Stem Cell Research: Guidelines and Screening Procedures for Protocols”. This webinar program was held through Microsoft teams. The resource person was Dr Manasa Nune (Assistant Professor in MIRM & Member Secretary for the Institutional Committee for Stem Cell Research (IC-SCR) of MIRM, MAHE.) and Dr Gopal Pande, Dean of School of Regenerative Medicine, MAHE. The resource persons explained the key regulatory points governing stem cell research. The program was attended by 69 participants which included postgraduate, faculty form MCODS, Mangalore and Institutional Ethics Committee members.
